Terms and Conditions
Please read these terms before placing an order.By placing an order with Lunar Shows you agree to these terms and conditions. For specific topics we also refer to our Return Policy, Shipping Policy and Privacy Policy.
Definitions
In these terms and conditions the following definitions apply:
- Seller: Manuel Maes, trading as Lunar Shows, established in the Netherlands, Chamber of Commerce (KvK) number 74317032.
- Customer: the natural person or legal entity placing an order via shop.lunarshows.com.
- Consumer: a customer who is a natural person not acting in the course of a profession or business.
- Agreement: the purchase agreement concluded when the seller confirms an order.
- Products: lycopodium powder and accessories as offered in the webshop.
Applicability
These terms and conditions apply to every offer made by the seller and to every agreement concluded. Deviations from these terms are only valid if expressly agreed in writing.
Any purchasing or other conditions of the customer are expressly rejected.
Offer and conclusion of the agreement
All offers in the webshop are without obligation. The seller reserves the right to refuse an order, for example in case of suspected fraud or for products that cannot be delivered for another reason.
The agreement is concluded when the customer places an order and the seller confirms the order by email. The confirmation email contains a summary of the order, the total amount and the expected delivery time.
Obvious mistakes or errors in the offer (such as an incorrect price) do not bind the seller.
Prices
All prices are in euros and include VAT, unless stated otherwise. Shipping costs are not included in the product price and are shown separately at checkout.
The seller reserves the right to change prices. The applicable price is the price stated at the moment the customer places the order.
Payment
Payment is made in advance using the payment methods offered at checkout: iDEAL, credit card, debit card or PayPal. Payments are processed by Stripe (stripe.com), a PCI DSS Level 1 certified payment provider.
The order is only processed and shipped once the payment has been successfully received.
In case of late payment the customer is in default by operation of law. The seller reserves the right to dissolve the agreement and to charge collection costs in accordance with the Dutch Act on the standardisation of extrajudicial collection costs (WIK).
Delivery and transfer of risk
The seller aims to ship orders as quickly as possible. Delivery times are indicative and exceeding them does not entitle the customer to compensation, unless there is intent or gross negligence. See the Shipping Policy for indicative delivery times per country.
The risk of loss of or damage to products passes to the customer at the moment of delivery at the specified delivery address. For consumer purchases, the risk only passes to the consumer upon actual receipt.
The seller is not liable for delays or non-delivery resulting from incorrect address details provided by the customer.
Retention of title
The delivered products remain the property of the seller until the customer has paid all amounts due in full, including the purchase price and any shipping costs.
Right of withdrawal and returns
Consumers have the right to withdraw from an order within 14 calendar days of receipt, in accordance with the European Consumer Rights Directive. Exceptions apply to opened lycopodium powder (hygiene reasons).

Conformity and warranty
The seller guarantees that the products comply with the agreement, the specifications stated in the offer, and the reasonable requirements of soundness and usability.
Have you received a defective or non-conforming product? Please contact us within 7 days of receipt via info@lunarshows.com. We will resolve this by replacement or refund.
For products that have been opened or used by the customer, the statutory conformity guarantee does not cover complaints resulting from improper use.
Liability
The seller's liability is limited to the amount paid out by its liability insurance in the case concerned or, if no payment is made, to the invoice amount of the order in question.
The seller is not liable for:
- Indirect damage, consequential damage, loss of profit or non-material damage.
- Damage resulting from improper use of the products by the customer.
- Damage resulting from information or advice provided on the website, unless the damage is the direct result of intent or gross negligence.
The above limitations do not apply to damage resulting from intent or deliberate recklessness on the part of the seller, or to liability under mandatory consumer law.
Force majeure
The seller is not obliged to fulfil any obligation if prevented from doing so by force majeure. Force majeure includes, among other things: strikes, fire, extreme weather conditions, pandemics, disruptions at carriers or suppliers, and government measures.
If force majeure lasts longer than 30 days, the customer has the right to dissolve the agreement without any right to compensation.
Applicable law and disputes
All agreements between the seller and the customer are governed by Dutch law, also if the customer lives abroad.
Disputes will first be resolved through consultation where possible. If this does not lead to a solution, the competent Dutch court has exclusive jurisdiction, unless mandatory law provides otherwise.
As a consumer you can also submit a complaint via the European ODR platform for online dispute resolution: ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
Changes and contact
The seller reserves the right to change these terms and conditions. The version applicable at the time of your order applies. The most recent version is always available at shop.lunarshows.com/en/algemene-voorwaarden.
